Refund Policy

At Ouroboros Coaching, coaching is offered as a commitment—of time, attention, and presence. Because of the personalized nature of endurance coaching and the intentionally accessible pricing of our services, refunds are limited.

General Policy

All coaching services, training plans, and digital products are non-refundable once services have begun or materials have been delivered.

This policy exists to honor the time, preparation, and energy invested into each athlete’s work.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that life is unpredictable.

In rare and unforeseen circumstances beyond an athlete’s control, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion. These situations are evaluated individually, with care and respect.

Granting a refund under exceptional circumstances does not obligate Ouroboros Coaching to offer refunds in the future under similar conditions.

Timing Matters

Requests related to exceptional circumstances must be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the issue arises. The closer a request is made to the start of services, the more flexibility may be available.

No Guarantees of Outcome

Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with results, changes in motivation, missed sessions, or personal scheduling conflicts.

Endurance work is a process, not a transaction.

Digital Products

Once delivered or accessed, digital products and training plans are non-refundable, as they cannot be returned.
